WC Homes was founded by a team with over 25 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction across Western Canada. Since 2006, we have built more than 300 homes — duplexes, single-family, and multi-family — and contributed to the planning and delivery of over 5,000 residential units through direct development and consulting.
Our experience spans the full development lifecycle: land acquisition, feasibility, permitting, construction execution, and project delivery. From entry-level residential communities to seniors housing, mixed-use developments, and urban infill — we bring the same rigour and oversight to every project, regardless of scale.
